Our Route

Whilst we have a rough idea of the route we want to follow, the fun part of our adventure is that we haven’t planned the entire route and we will make some of it up as we go along!

The first map below is of some of the established cycle routes in Europe. We will most likely follow some of these routes. We will definitely start on the ferry from Jersey to St Malo and our ‘Day 1’ plan is to cycle down to the start of the Eurovelo 6 route at St Nazaire. This is shown as the blue trail on the map. We then plan to follow EV6 (green trail) at least as far as Budapest.

The second map shows the places we plan to stay (in red) or have already stayed (in blue) so you can see where we actually end up.
